		<description>So my wife and I took the Rich Dad coaching. The salesman was the best. The coach was informative, the fact that there was homework ended up giving us the value, and the hotline people were discouraging every time. I guess it took spending over 3k to get up the courage to go make offers... strange how people think. If you can motivate yourself... many books could do the trick. I will say that without the kick in the wallet (credit card) for this and other courses we would not have made 200k in equity in the last two years.</description>
